Launching a Market
What a creator actually does, in order.
Before you start
- a wallet on Robinhood Chain with ETH for gas
- a token name, symbol and image
- a quote asset in mind — and it must be healthy at the moment you launch
- an opening valuation
Steps
- 01Open the composer
The workspace shows configuration on the left, the rule stack in the middle and a live simulation on the right. Everything updates together; nothing is submitted until the end.
- 02Pick the quote
The picker shows every registered asset with its live health. A stale or paused quote cannot be launched against — that is enforced on-chain, not just in the interface.
- 03Set the opening valuation
Presets or a custom value inside the allowed range. The simulation immediately shows the opening tick and the token's implied price.
- 04Compose the rules
Add anti-snipe, launch tax, auto burn. The header keeps the effective fees and total buy-side drag visible while you do, because that is the number a buyer pays.
- 05Set the creator fee and its recipients
Up to 0.50% across at most four addresses, with weights that must sum to 100%. Frozen at launch. See Fee Splits.
- 06Read the simulation
Check the buyer output for a sample trade, the fee breakdown and the quote's oracle age. If the previewer reports a problem it will name it rather than silently refusing.
- 07Review the manifest and launch
The launch panel shows the exact configuration and its hash before you sign. One transaction does the whole thing.
After launch
The market appears on The Tape. Its manifest page recomputes the config hash and the pool id off-chain and tells you whether both verify. Creator fees accrue in the quote asset and are claimable from the vault by the configured recipients.
